Projects in Ecuador and Costa Rica: new dates for winter 2009 ››
Canada World Youth’s Global Learner program offers you the chance to embark on an exceptional international experience this winter! We are offering four new projects: two in Ecuador and two in Costa Rica. Each lasts two weeks with the programs in Costa Rica taking place from December 28, 2008 to January 9, 2009 or March 1 to March 15, 2009. The programs in Ecuador will take place from December 28, 2008 to January 9, 2009 and February 15 to March 1, 2009. This is a unique opportunity to volunteer and explore a new culture! You have until Friday, September 28th, 2008 to apply for the December programs or Friday, November 28th, 2008 to apply for the February and March programs. (...)

Canada World Youth celebrates Quebec City’s 400th anniversary ››
As part of the celebrations for the 400th anniversary of the founding of Quebec City, a group of past participants, along with Don Johnston, President of Canada World Youth, had the honor of attending a ceremony offered on July 2nd by the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean, Governor General of Canada, and Mr. Jean-Daniel Lafond.
