   Capilano College :: Global Stewardship Program ::
 

Capilano College in Vancouver, British Columbia now awards three credits to people (from any province) who have completed the Canada World Youth program and are interested in registering for the college’s Global Stewardship program.

This two-year program is designed for students who are interested in pursuing international careers with non-governmental organizations.

The college recognizes participation in the CWY program as being the equivalent of having taken two of the college’s courses: Global Stewardship 101 and Global Stewardship 201 (both of which are worth 1.5 credits).

 

Criteria for Eligibility

  • Applicants must have successfully completed the Canada World Youth program.
  • Applicants must be registered in the college’s Global Stewardship program and meet all of the admission requirements.

 

Registration and Information

  • Applicants are required to send a letter of certification to the registrar’s office at Capilano College, confirming that they have completed the Canada World Youth program. The college will send back the original.

Fees

Capilano College has a $25 registration fee.

 

Deadline

The application deadline for the Fall 2005 semester is April 15, 2005. (Late applications will be accepted until May 15 if spaces are still available.)
