Each year, because of a lack of funding, Canada loses the energy and enthusiasm of tens of thousands of young citizens willing to work as volunteers in Canada and abroad.
In the weeks ahead, thousands of Canadians will invite hundreds of thousands of fellow Canadians to sign a petition demanding that all young citizens of Canada have the opportunity to serve as volunteers.
