Rules and Regulations Fujifilm QuickSnap Photo Contest

1. Participants are asked to submit photographs that represent their team's interpretation of interest or beauty in everyday situations or scenarios. The grand prize winner will be awarded $1,000 in cash to be given to the charity or organization of the team’s choice. The second and third place winners will receive $500 and $250 in cash, also to be given to the charity or organization of their choice. Fujifilm prize packs will be awarded to each team member who took the winning photograph. All prizes must be awarded, without substitution except at the option of Fuji Photo Film.

2. To enter, please send your photographs along with the entry form to:

In order to qualify for the contest the photograph must have been taken by the entrant. (There is a limit of two photographs per participant. Negatives must be made available upon request.)

 Tips for taking pictures ››

3. All entries will be eligible to appear on the Fujifilm and Canada World Youth online Photo Gallery.

4. The contest is open only to Canada World Youth participants. Entries will be pre-judged and short listed by a panel of Canada World Youth representatives and the winning entries will be chosen by Fujifilm Canada. Entries will also have to meet a minimum level of photographic competency, both technically and artistically. Entries must be received no later than midnight April 30, 2005, the contest closing date. The winners will be contacted by mail or phone and will be required to sign a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded.

5. Canada World Youth and Fujifilm Canada are not responsible for entries lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed. All photographs submitted become the property of Canada World Youth and Fuji Photo Film Canada.

6. By entering this contest, winners acknowledge and agree to the non-responsibility of Canada World Youth and Fujifilm Canada with regard to any injury, accident, loss or misfortune relating to all aspects of their prize.
