Byron
Horner is a Vice President at Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance in
Vancouver.
He focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory in Western
Canada
and the US Pacific Northwest. He has a broad background in corporate finance and
merger and acquisition activity, having managed accounts and transactions in a
number of diverse sectors. Byron’s investment banking experience includes
working for Merrill Lynch & Co. and CIBC World Markets in New
York.
Prior to working on Wall Street, he worked at the law firm Lawson Lundell Lawson
& McIntosh in Vancouver.
Byron
received an MBA (Finance) from UBC, an LL.B from the University
of Toronto,
an MA (Political Science) from UBC, a CEP (Mention) from L’Institut
d’études politiques de Paris and a BA (Highest Honours) in Political Science
from Carleton
University.
He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Bar in British
Columbia.

past Big Brother in Ottawa
and New
York
and a past UNICEF Student ambassador.
